Bitter Hours is a US-based brand. Most of our products are made to order, which means your piece goes into production after you place your order.
Eligible US orders are produced and fulfilled through our partner in Los Angeles, California. Depending on the product and destination, some orders may be fulfilled through an international production facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Bitter Hours ships to most countries worldwide.
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout. Some countries or regions may have shipping restrictions.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
