Processing Time

Most Bitter Hours products are made to order, so your order needs a little production time before it heads out.

Please allow approximately 7–14 days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Once it ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Estimated Delivery

After your order has shipped:

• United States: approximately 2–5 business days
• International: approximately 4–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

International shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs or local carrier delays.

Production time + shipping time = total delivery time.
