Bitter Hours products are made to order, which means your order goes into production after it’s placed.
Most US orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 4–7 days after your order is placed.
This estimate typically includes:

The 4–7 day estimate includes both production and shipping time.
Delivery estimates may occasionally change due to order volume, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
International orders may be produced and shipped from one of our international fulfillment locations.
Because production location, destination, and shipping method can vary, international delivery times will differ by order.
For internationally fulfilled orders, most shipping methods take approximately 5–15 working days in transit, with production time added before shipment. Some economy shipping methods or destinations may take longer.
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated based on your destination at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination and local regulations. Any applicable charges are determined by local authorities and are outside Bitter Hours’ control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier first receives your package.

For US orders, the estimated 4–7 day delivery window already includes production and shipping.
For international orders, production time is added before the estimated shipping time.
