Most Bitter Hours products are made to order after your purchase is placed. Because individual garments may be produced in different batches, minor variations in color, print placement, print dimensions, garment measurements, or other production details may occur. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Product measurements and sizing may vary between garment styles. Please review the size guide and product information provided on each product page before placing your order.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match how it appears on your device or meet subjective expectations.

Product descriptions, designs, colors, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order with Bitter Hours, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, incorrect pricing, listing errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can move into fulfillment.

Most Bitter Hours products are made to order and may enter production shortly after your purchase is confirmed.

If you need to cancel an order or correct an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided at checkout.

Purchases, replacements, refunds, returns, and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our store are intended for your personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Most Bitter Hours products are made to order and require production time before shipment.

Production times, shipping times, and delivery estimates displayed on our website or provided through order communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times may be affected by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Bitter Hours.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Bitter Hours is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Once products are transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, risk of loss may transfer as permitted by applicable law.

However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Bitter Hours.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Bitter Hours or for aspects of transactions between you and Bitter Hours, including product quality, fulfillment, refunds, returns, exchanges, injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased through our store, except as otherwise required by law.
